The six questions we are asked most before the quote stage.
Can the software run on our own server?
Yes. Our products can be installed on the institution's own server and run fully offline where that is required. This is our standard installation in public-sector and healthcare projects where data must not leave the building.
Are we buying a ready product or a bespoke one?
You do not have to choose. We start from a ready module and extend it to the institution's workflow. You avoid paying for the time a from-scratch build takes, without having to fit inside a package.
Will it talk to our existing systems?
Integration with your existing accounting, production and HR systems is a normal part of the project. Regulatory notification, public procurement, social security and e-invoicing flows sit in the core; they are not fields bolted on later.
What happens to the data in our old system?
Data migration is planned as part of the scope: what moves across, what stays in the archive, and what needs cleaning are settled at the start. Skip this step and the new system inherits the old one's mess.
How long does a project take?
What sets the timeline is not the number of modules but the integration and data-migration load. After the discovery conversation we share the scope, the assumptions and the milestones in writing; the schedule comes out of that document.
What happens after go-live?
Go-live includes training and a parallel-running period. After that, support and development continue at the agreed level; handing over to the institution's own team is also possible.
