AI Agents & Orchestration

An AI Orchestra
Running Your Workflows

Agents that talk to each other, instead of tools that work alone. TBC Teknoloji keeps the processes of your facilities, your company and your factory in the same rhythm as the equipment on the floor. Every step becomes measurable, every decision traceable.

Our Approach

The Agents Play, the System Conducts

TBC Teknoloji orchestrates AI agents with the discipline of an ensemble, merging the workflows of facilities, companies and factories with the equipment on the shop floor. Processes become measurable, management becomes simpler and the margin for human error disappears; energy and resource consumption fall, establishing a sustainable production order aligned with green transformation targets.

How the Orchestra Is Built

Four steps: listen, decide, act, measure

01

The Equipment Starts Talking

PLC, SCADA, sensor, meter, barcode and terminal data are gathered into a single stream. The first voice the agents hear is the machine's own.

  • PLC and SCADA connectivity
  • Sensor, meter and terminal readings
  • Matching against existing ERP/MES data
  • Local buffering when the link drops
02

Every Agent Knows Its Own Job

Separate agents handle maintenance, quality, stock, energy and planning. Each is an expert in a narrow field; the orchestration layer decides which one speaks and when.

  • Purpose-built, narrow-scope agents
  • Rules and models working together
  • Priority handling for conflicting decisions
  • Mandatory human approval at critical steps
03

A Decision Becomes a Work Order

An agent's decision does not stop at a report. It opens a work order in the ERP, notifies the operator and updates the parameter on the device.

  • Writing back to ERP, CRM and MES
  • Work order and maintenance plan generation
  • Device parameter write-back
  • A reversible record of every action
04

The Gain Is Stated as a Number

Downtime, scrap, energy consumption and carbon emissions converge on the same dashboard. What you get is measurement, not a claim of improvement.

  • Downtime and scrap tracking
  • kWh and carbon-equivalent calculation
  • Success rate per agent
  • Separate management and floor dashboards

What Changes

Four concrete gains

Measurable

Every agent records what it did, what it saved and where it was wrong. The return on the investment becomes a table, not an estimate.

Manageable

A single panel shows which agents are running and which are on hold. Adding a new process no longer means buying new software.

Error-Free

Manual data entry, skipped steps and forgotten approvals disappear. An agent does not tire, and its attention does not drift at the end of a shift.

Efficient and Green

Idling lines, unnecessary heating, excess stock and repeated production become visible. The energy bill and the carbon report draw on the same data.

Before and After

Stop Absorbing the Chaos.
Let the System Run It.

Without agents
By the time a fault is reported the line has already stopped
The same data is keyed into three systems and none of them agree
Who approved what, and when, stays buried in email threads
The energy bill arrives at month end and the cause is never found
Knowledge is lost at shift handover and the same error repeats
With agent orchestration
An alert fires before the deviation crosses the threshold
Data is read once and written to every connected system
Every decision, its underlying data and approval chain are logged
Consumption is tracked alongside output; deviation shows instantly
Knowledge lives in the system, not in a person; shifts even out

Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask most before starting a project

What is the difference between an AI agent and classic automation?

Classic automation repeats a pre-written rule the same way every time; when conditions change it stops and waits for a human. An AI agent knows the goal, looks at the available data and picks the most suitable step for that moment. TBC Teknoloji uses both: safety-critical steps run on fixed rules, variable decisions run on agents.

Do we have to replace our existing ERP and machinery?

No. The orchestration layer is built on top of existing systems; the ERP, MES, SCADA and PLC stay where they are. Integration happens through the interfaces and protocols already in use. Stopping a working line to install a replacement is the opposite of this approach.

How do we audit the decisions the agents make?

Every agent records the decision it made, the data behind it and the outcome that followed. Human approval can be made mandatory at critical steps, and no action takes place without it. The answer to “why did it decide this” remains in the log.

How is the contribution to green transformation measured?

Energy meters, production volume and downtime records converge in the same data pool. kWh per unit produced, scrap rate and the corresponding carbon equivalent are calculated. Sustainability reporting then rests on measurement from the floor rather than on estimates.

How long does deployment take, and where do we start?

You start with a single line or a single process. First the existing data sources are mapped, then a narrow-scope agent goes live and the gain is measured. That measured gain sets the budget for the next step; you do not begin with a plant-wide rollout.

Which Process Should We Start With?

Let's begin by talking through the flow of a single line or a single department. If no measurable gain comes out of it, not starting the project is also a result.
