What We Do With Your Data
This page is written in plain language, not legalese. We set out exactly what we collect, why, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

- We collect your identity and contact details only when you submit the contact form.
- Visit statistics are collected only if you accept cookies; if you decline, nothing is measured.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
- One email is enough to have all your data erased.

Transfers Abroad
We state this openly because most sites bury it: two of our services are hosted outside Türkiye.
The contact form is delivered through EmailJS, so what you write passes through that provider's servers before reaching our inbox. Visit statistics are measured with Google Analytics. Both providers operate servers outside Türkiye.
These transfers fall under KVKK art. 9. The contact form transfer is necessary for us to answer you at all; the analytics transfer happens only if you have accepted cookies. If you decline, no data reaches Google.
Data Security
The site is encrypted end to end with HTTPS. It holds no user accounts, passwords or payment details — so there is no password database to steal.
Messages from the contact form are stored in our corporate mailbox and are accessible only to the team members handling the enquiry.
Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. Do not put passwords, identity numbers or card details into the contact form — we do not need them.
Children's Data
The site is aimed at corporate customers. We do not offer services to people under 18 and do not knowingly collect their data. If we become aware of such data, we delete it.
Changes to This Notice
We update this notice when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the last revision. If a change is material, we will also tell you when you next visit the site.
Your Rights
Article 11 of the KVKK grants you the rights below. Exercising them is free of charge.
